2. Exclusive Arrangements: Many of our services are custom-tailored and not available to the general public. Once scheduled, these experiences cannot be resold or repurposed.

3. Limited Availability: Our packages are intentionally limited in availability to preserve exclusivity and ensure exceptional service. Holding a spot means someone else cannot book it.

4. Operational Planning: Each trip involves detailed coordination across multiple providers and destinations. Cancellations disrupt operations and incur costs that cannot be recovered.
